Holly: Found With Just Skin and Bones

Holly: Found With Just Skin and Bones

Hollie was found extremely emaciated and so weak. She struggles to live.

She is starved, has terrible diarrhea, skin infections and heartworms. She only weighs 37 pounds when she should weigh 50. These pictures are horrific but don't even begin to show the horror of her condition. She has a really long, long way to go.

Holly is just skin and bones. This just does not happen overnight.

Thankfully, Animal Aid for Vermillion Area (AAVA) has taken Hollie into their rescue and immediately rushed Hollie to the vets. The doctors determined that Hollie will to have to be heartworm treated very soon to have a chance. This will be much sooner than rescuers anticipated, but this is what she needs. This will be costly!

But, if she wants to fight, rescuers have vowed to continue to fight for her. But, rescuers can't do it alone. We have teamed up with AAVA to fund her critically important vet care. With every purchase made, we will donate directly to AAVA to help save Holly. Thank you so much for your help. We will keep you updated on her progress.
