Paulie: Found Parvo-Positive with Bloody Paws

Paulie: Found Parvo-Positive with Bloody Paws

Second Chance Rescue just received an urgent plea for help from Fulton County, Georgia. The shelter is overcrowded, and a puppy was brought in trembling with bloody paw pads.

Paulie, as rescuers have now named him, is very lethargic and profusely vomiting. Diarrhea is just pouring out of this poor baby. The shelter did a parvo snap test, and it came back positive. There is no place for them to isolate a parvo positive puppy.

The bloody paw pads may be related to an accident, but rescuers cannot determine this until we get him to a hospital to do all the diagnostics needed to save him.

This little boy is in a lot of trouble, and if rescuers don’t move quickly, the Parvo will move quicker and take his life.

Paulie is only a seven-month-old baby. We are asking for your help today to cover his medical care. Rescuers at Second Chance Rescue have rushed Paulie to Dr. Terry; if anyone can save him, it’s her! With every purchase you make this Holiday season, you can change the life of Paulie forever. He deserves to live!
