Paulie, as rescuers have now named him, is very lethargic and profusely vomiting. Diarrhea is just pouring out of this poor baby. The shelter did a parvo snap test, and it came back positive. There is no place for them to isolate a parvo positive puppy.
The bloody paw pads may be related to an accident, but rescuers cannot determine this until we get him to a hospital to do all the diagnostics needed to save him.
This little boy is in a lot of trouble, and if rescuers don’t move quickly, the Parvo will move quicker and take his life.
