Faith needs an amputation after being neglected!
This case hits close to home. This tiny girl reminds me of my Oliver who passed away who was paralyzed. Her video is heartbreaking. She drags her legs around and try to keep up but cannot. On top if that she is hard and cracking open from demodex mange which is very painful when it gets this severe. I have a message from her directly ;) …
“Hi, it’s me, Little Faith! Y’all probably heard I have a really bad femur fracture! I cannot bear any weight on my rear leg and my rescuers and Near and Far Animal Foundation met with their specialist and decided that I am going to have to lose my leg! My amputation is set for August 18. Don’t feel bad for me though, because the leg doesn’t work, and it really hurts me lots. I know without it I can be running around in no time! Doc says especially since I am just about 10 months old, I will learn very quickly how to walk again. My doctor is also working hard to fix my skin condition which they call demodex mange. What I need most now is some rescue angels to help with my big medical costs. I was hoping if I beg really hard and look super duper cute that you would become one of my heroes. I heard it takes a village, so I’m asking if you would be part of my village?”
We have partnered with Near and Far Animal Foundation to offer these custom Save Faith products. I drew her photo by hand and wanted to create a special way to help this very special girl. Please consider donating or purchasing one of our Faith masks, mug, water bottle and coaster!
