Bic: His skin is literally falling off.
These photos broke our hearts here. We see abuse day in and day out and it never gets any easier. Rescuers have named him Bic and get ready to fall in love with the sweet soul.
As you can see from these horrendous photos his body is riddled with soars, new and old blood and wounds. His skin is so tender that it makes it hard for him to walk or lay down. Basically any movement cause him pain.
Bic was rushed to Second Chance Rescue emergency vet clinic to treatment. First thing first is the medical team will be treated his mange because this is causing the most discomfort. They will also treat his malnutrition. Because he came in as a "stray" little is known about his past and most likely we will never know how this happened. For now we are focused on saving his life.
Despite the pain and neglect Bic is just full of sugar and kisses! He is extremely sweet and lovable. It's absolutely heartbreaking seeing a young dog looking this way BUT we know that this little Mohawk headed boy will be breaking girls & boys hearts all over the country in no time.
