Ella was found wondering the streets after being used for breeding.
We have created this campaign to help raise the funds needed to save a dog used in backyard breeding.
On Wednesday, Coastal German Shepherd Rescue rescued Eleanor Rigby from San Bernardino. Sadly, she had been seen hanging around a grocery store parking lot for weeks and then made her way to a busy intersection by a freeway off ramp before being taken to the shelter.
Ella has been bred over and over, clearly neglected, and has a host of medical issues that will now be addressed. Her life on the road is over!
She has bacterial and fungal infections, is emaciated, has tooth pulp exposure due to chewing, was infested with fleas, full of tape worms and full of internal parasites. She's in good hands now and will finally receive the care she deserves.
To help Ella get the treatment she needs please consider purchasing one of her shirts, totes, bracelets and coffee mugs below. With every purchase you can help Coastal German Shepherd Rescue save Ella’s life!
UPDATE 9-19-18: CGSR rescued Ella that day and we are so grateful that we were able. CGSR can't wait to see the great life that lies ahead for her. Ella is currently battling multiple bacterial and fungal infections, ear infections, emaciation and other ailments related to being starved and neglected. CGSR knows she has a very bright future ahead waiting for her!
