This is the sad and disgusting reality of puppy mills. They are making a profit on lives and killing dogs in the process. This owner adopted from a mill called Pet Land and expected to get a healthy puppy. She spent thousands of dollars for this purebred frenchie.
Harold sat in a kennel crammed with other puppies till he was placed into a kennel at PET LAND waiting for a family. He thought he found it however that changes as he he slowly loss the ability to use his back legs stopped working.
He is a congenital nightmare his head and skull are not formed correctly, his eyes bulge out pointing to the side! He will never be “PERFECT” I hate that word really do NOT know what is means! We are all perfect in our own way we all play a part in this world.
He will be challenged for the rest of his life, he will always be in a wheel chair and need help urinating and going poop. He is requiring to be hand fed right now I think because he is a little spiked but that is OK!
UPDATE 6/29/20: Harold was diagnosed with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis which is fatal if it goes untreated. This is a disease of dogs characterized by sudden vomiting and bloody diarrhea. The symptoms are usually severe, and HGE can be fatal if not treated. HGE is most common in young adult dogs of any breed, but especially small dogs A Volunteer had to drive 2 hours to the nearest Emergency Vets and Dallas Dog RRR still needs our support!
UPDATE 7/2/20: He is doing a little better he is eating and is stable !! He will be staying another night and it will be another 500 so any help would be appreciated. He deserves a chance after all he has been through fight Harold
