Jimmy was tied to a fence to die in Honduras.
New York Bully Crew volunteers just brought Skye home, who was abandoned and tied to the sanctuary fence to the hospital in Honduras. Volunteer Melissa came home to ANOTHER dog tied to the gate! This baby was near death. Shivering with fear and dumped like trash. Melissa immediately took him in to be transferred to the emergency vet.
Can you imagine just tying this poor baby to a fence to die? Rescuers have named this tiny boy Jimmy. He is starving and malnourished with every rib showing. His skin is so badly infected that he has lost all the hair on his tail. He is covered in old and new wounds. He has a growth on his penis causing pain and his spirit is defeated.
Rescuers have rushed tiny Jimmy to the emergency hospital. First he will need to be stabilized before any treatment can begin. Then he will start his journey from pain and dispart to hope and love. But, we cannot save him without you.
Please consider helping us help him and the other dogs of Honduras. Every day is a struggle for these poor, innocent creatures. We cannot let them suffer, we have to help!
Please help New York Bully Crew save this very scared boy. We have partnered with them to help raise the funds they need to cover emergency and continued care Jimmy needs. For that we need your help!
To help Jimmy please consider purchasing one of his shirts, totes, bracelets and coffee mugs below. We have partnered with NYBC to create these animal saving products to raise the funds needed to save this innocent victim.
New York Bully Crew
New York Bully Crew is a 501c3 not-for-profit rescue organization founded in December 2010. Though based on Long Island, NYBC’s outreach is nationwide. We specialize in rescuing Pitbulls, however no animal in dire need of rescue is turned away. NYBC strives to bring positive attention to the most loyal breed one could encounter, and give second chances to those who have been discarded by humans simply because of what they are…a Pitbull.
