MacBeth was left for dead.
HE WATCHED ME SUFFER

Even though he can't speak, we can hear his cry for help by just looking into his eyes. We introduce you to our latest heart breaker, MacBeth. He is covered in severe demodex mange, secondary skin infections, eye infections, horribly infected ears, and a belly full of parasites. Sadly all caused by neglect over a long period of time.
Dogs like Macbeth who have severe mange do not get like this overnight. It takes months to progress to this point. We can not understand how anyone can sit back and watch their dog suffer unnecessarily without getting them medical treatment. Rescuers also discovered that he is heartworm positive, which is not surprising as he was probably left outside most of the time.
As you can see in the photos, his face tells it all. He looks as if he has given up hope, every last bit of happiness has been drained from MacBeth. As frustrating as his condition is, what angers us even more is that he was dumped in a very rural area, and most likely was left for dead. He walked onto someones property, with bloody paw pads, indicating he walked for a very long distance in his terrible condition. He was also severely dehydrated, as he was out on the streets for some time on his own. Rescuers have transported him to their vet partner for immediate medical care.

UPDATE 4-2-17: Macbeth has been in the ER Vets for a week now. The list of infections is lengthy... severe skin infections coupled with mange, eye infections, ear infections, and the usual parasite infections debilitating his tummy and intestinal tract. And he is heartworm positive. He still needs your help!
UPDATE 4-7-17: Their medical team is working hard on Macbeth. He has many problems including a severe case of mange, painful skin infections, ears infections, parasites and he is heart worm positive. Let's face it we know this did not happen overnight. This is a result of neglect over a long period of time. Macbeth is making a good recovery. He is feeling better every day and he's a real love bug. His eyes are feeling better and are not goopy anymore. He can actually see now. His infections are improving and he is starting to feel better and it actually looks like he's smiling.
