Shanti was sitting in the dirt with a huge tumor on her privates.
This broken girl has been living in the dirt streets of Peru. She was 7 hours away from the dog sanctuary established by New York Bully Crew. Someone sent her photos earlier this morning and asked if there was anyway to help Shanti. The rescuer in Peru, Karina, set out on her long journey, praying that Shanti was still alive.
When she finally arrived, Shanti was waiting all alone in the road. She is underweight and has a huge venereal tumor that is causing her pain and deep discomfort. Shanti allowed Karina to handle her, as if she knew she was being rescued.
She has dirt encrusted in the tumor, fleas and is starving. It took the rescuer another 7 hour trip to transport Shanti to her trusted vet in Peru. Shanti was evaluated by her doctor where he confirmed she has an aggressive TVT tumor that is infected, erhlichia, anemia and is malnourished. She needs supplements, antibiotics, iron and will need chemotherapy treatments. Chemotherapy will costs hundreds of dollars for rescuers but they have committed to saving her life.
We are here to help. We are sponsoring Shanti’s chemotherapy treatment below. With one of our animals saving products you see below you can help New York Bully Crew give Shanti the care she needs. If you can consider one for yourself or a friend and help this innocent victim find a new life!
