Warren's mouth is sealed shut from mattered fur and infection.
I know this is graphic but we are in desperate need of your help. This is Warren who was dumped at a kill shelter. How old do you think he is? 15 years old… 10 years old…? Believe it or not he is only 2 years old! His body is destroyed from abuse.
As you can see his neglect and abuse raged on for his entire 2 years of life. Then when his “owners” were done neglecting him they dumped him to die at a shelter. Thank god Rescue Dogs Rock rushed to the shelter to save his life.
His hair is so matted it has grown into his mouth combined with dirt, bugs and maggots. We are beyond upset. THIS IS NOT FAIR. His teeth and gums are destroyed due to the constant pressure from the matting that suffocated his mouth. Rescuers cannot imagine how Warren could get even a morsel of food into his mouth like this.
His entire body is also covered in matts and he can hardly walk. Please, help us help innocent Warren. He will need emergency surgery to remove the matts by his mouth, there is simply no other way. He's only 2 years old and has his entire life ahead of him if rescuers are not too late to help. But they cannot do this without you.
Rescue Dogs Rock is a licensed Non Profit Organization and rely solely on donations to continue their life-saving work.
This is where we are asking for your help! We have partnered with RDR to create these animal saving shirts, sweaters and accessories to raise the funds needed to save little Warren. Everything from a tee to a bracelet can help tiny Warren get the care he needs to heal from his abuse and neglect.
UPDATE 6-21-17: Look at those update photos! Warren is all shaved down. He might not look great but he's feeling oh so much better. He will need dental surgery and continue on his meds and medicated baths to soothe his infected and raw skin.
