A bag was dumped on the side of the road completely buckled up. Puppies, in horrible condition, were barely moving inside. Disposable as the trash in the bag, these 8-week-old puppies reeked of infection and were infested with fleas and ticks.
Zander and Julis, as the duo would be called, had their first good nights sleep without fleas and ticks running on their bodies. They were immediately administered flea/tick medicine.
Unfortunately, they are infested with worms which is why they are so underweight and thin. They have worms coming out not only in their stool but also in their vomit.
They have tested positive for sarcoptic mange and severe skin infections. On top of that, they have eye infections!
Without intervention and someone stopping to take a look inside the bag, Zander and Julis would have died.
Thanks to the The Underdog Project in Dallas, Texas, Zander and Julis are getting the medical care they both need. The rescue has started treating them and can't believe that someone let them get this bad, let alone dumping them on the side of the road.
Now, Zander and Julis need your help. With every purchase of a tee, hoodie, tote, bracelet or dog accessory, you too can help save Zander and Julis.
